Refund policy
Pet First will accept eligible merchandise returns purchased only from the www.petsfirstcompany.com website for exchange or credit. All eligible returned items must be in new condition just as you received them: unworn, unused, in their original packaging with all labels intact. You will be asked to provide original invoice information to process returns. We will honor the following: Damaged or incorrect items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct it. Each garment contains a tracking number on the country-of-origin label. We may ask for this information to trace the production history of the item. You have 15 days from date of receipt to report damaged / incorrect items. To start a return, please contact cs@petsfirstco.com If your return is approved, we will provide details on processing. We will provide a return authorization # which must be clearly marked on your package. Items sent back to us without and RA# will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishables (such as treats) and custom products (such as personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on close out, deeply discounted or promo price merchandise.
Exchanges.
After evaluating your specific issue, we will provide the best option to exchange or replace your goods.
Refunds.
All approved return merchandise is usually reconciled within 10 business days from the date received at our return center. The inspection team will report the condition of the return to our accounting team and all returns meeting the above criteria will be promptly credited. Any returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact cs@petsfirstco.com and we will do our best to expedite.
